Avoiding Jet Lag
If you are trav
eling and they cross several time zones can have a dramatic effect on your body in the form of jet lag. This concerns many people travel like this and your body gets all mixed up with the clock of time.
Jet lag is not a nice feeling at all as it can leave you feeling very tired and slow.
You can use about 3 or 4 days before the scheduled trips to begin changing the time of going to bed for an hour. Whether your trip takes you east, then time to go to bed and change when you move west the time of going to bed to go back one hour.
When it’s time for your flight you must change the clock time is reached when you finally reach your destination. Using this time you get your mind used to the new time. You can then continue with the things you normally do at that time, the food, for example, when your watch says it’s time for dinner.
If the clock says it’s time for you to sleep then you should try to get some shut eye. If you’re really tired, just try to be as long as physically possible at this time ago.
Since the sun can help your body to adapt better. But if you’re so tired you really have a nap no more than an hour late because this is an opportunity for jet lag.
